1. Redesigned Reports: Clarity and Relevance First
HeroVideo publishers now have access to a redesigned Reports section inside the platform. We’ve removed legacy elements like “Smart Video Reports” and replaced them with a streamlined Reports module, featuring updated default metrics and a modernized design tailored to publisher needs.
Why does it matter? Performance analytics should be both powerful and effortless. This new section simplifies complexity, removing decimals where they don’t belong, organizing metrics into publisher-relevant formats, and making data instantly digestible. Now, HeroVideo publishers can draw insights faster and act with more confidence.
We recognize that not all publishers are the same. The report now dynamically adjusts the default metrics shown based on the publisher’s integration status, whether they have connected demand or not.

2. New Video Generation Control: Checkbox for Long Video Creation
We’ve introduced an easy-to-use checkbox that lets publishers create long-form videos whenever they need them. Why is this important? Until now, publishers had limited say over how long their videos could be. This new feature adds a fresh layer of control, making it easier to:
- Build richer, more in-depth content experiences
- Fine-tune your video strategy for longer sessions or specific ad placements
- Match video length to your revenue goals or audience preferences
Whether you’re targeting quick hits or extended viewing, this gives you full control over the video AI engine, without any complicated setup.
